Hôtel excentré petit déjeuner inexistant mais rapport qualité prix cohérent
Only two members of the front desk staff were really friendly and helpful the housekeeping lady was really nice as well the rest of everyone I encountered barely cracked a smile or seemed to be inconvenienced when asked a question. The room was clean and and adequate enough for the price. If i only received a fraction of friendliness i received it would it would have made all the difference.
There was a loud water pipe from a neighboring room that made a high pitched sound for the length of their shower but other than that it was very quiet, helpful staff. Pretty basic but it was generally clean, quiet, and convenient.
Nice hotel with fair price. Nice hotel, but breakfast should have more selection.
The staff were friendly, and quick to accommodate all my needs . I was a little disappointed that they did not have coffee available in the lobby, but they made up for it other ways. I will deffinatly book here again on my next trip to Seattle
Excellent customer service! When I asked the girl at the front desk for directions to the vending machine in order to purchase a bottle of water, she immediately said “I can get that for you,” and proceeded to get me two bottles. That’s good service!
