There was a loud water pipe from a neighboring room that made a high pitched sound for the length of their shower but other than that it was very quiet, helpful staff. Pretty basic but it was generally clean, quiet, and convenient.

The staff were friendly, and quick to accommodate all my needs . I was a little disappointed that they did not have coffee available in the lobby, but they made up for it other ways. I will deffinatly book here again on my next trip to Seattle

Excellent customer service! When I asked the girl at the front desk for directions to the vending machine in order to purchase a bottle of water, she immediately said “I can get that for you,” and proceeded to get me two bottles. That’s good service!

I wish they had a better Breakfast options then just a granola bar
