cozy,convenient Close to the mall. Sufficient for an overnight stay. I wish the tv cable would improved, not much options/channels to watch. Overall, I would stay here again.
ok Overall stay was good. Management should institute recycling program for rooms. The double front lobby doors should be on an auto open switch for handicap access as well as navigating carts/luggage in/out of lobby. The double doors is a poor design and makes egress/ingress difficult.

it was comfortable and good location. staff were responsive to our needs, and friendly and courteous. the only bad part of this stay was the "GRAB AND GO BREAKFAST". for a nice hotel and it's price. there should be a continental breakfast. consisting of pastries, juices and the like. a lot of cheaper hotels and even motels have a better continental breakfast compare to your grab and go breakfast. hopefully this will gonna change in the future and when we come back. there will be a much better BREAKFAST...:))).

nearest to destination event Surprised by the absence of wash clothes, shampoo & conditioner in the bathroom. Also, quite a bit of noise penetration from adjoining rooms at 2 AM. I think it is time to recycle the uneven mattress! Ease of access to and from freeway very good .
does not live up to promises the only reason we stayed in a no service hotel was because they confirmed a smoking room. When we arrived we were informed that even tough that had been confirmed a month in advance there would be no smoking rooms available. That made the no maid service and take your own towels to the desk for fresh ones even more enjoyable.
Pleasure trip The facility is in a an excellent location with a Whole Foods market just down and across the street. The beds were hard, which we found excellent. The elevators smell like smoke and so do the hallways to a certain extent. Since gaps at the bottom of doors are wide, this odor seeps into non-smoking rooms. Most disturbing, the bath has no fan, meaning that shower steam has no active exhaust system, the gap at the bath door and floor is wide also.

Lots of things to do near by Over all good experience except the bed was super hard..

Nice hotel off the Freeway The staff is very friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions. The breakfast is what it is. It is on the go. Nothing fancy. Have a laundry room for use, but did not use it. We did not stay long.
