Great place; must stay This was our first visit to an Extended Stay. What a great experience. The rooms are very well equipped with everything except shampoo that you might need while away from home. They are also very spacious. The staff was exceptional. Willing to meet every need with cheer. The desk clerk on the morning of our departure spent quite a bit of time helping us find our way around town and recommending sites. She had a fantastic attitude. We felt very warmly treated. Not bad but not great The bed was clean and comfortable. Kitchenette with fridge and microwave plus toaster were nice to have as the "breakfast & go" was lame. Prepackaged muffins or granola bar with ok coffee. Also there is no handicap button or auto door openers which is a hassle while loading/unloading your luggage. TV channel selection is challenging if you're not familiar with the area as there is no TV guide. Staff were friendly though.

Great location, close to freeway Check in was quick and easy, very pleasant staff. Hotel was clean and comfortable. I usually bring my own shampoo and conditioner, this time I forgot, the hotel didn't have any in the room. I'm sure I could have asked but I decided to go to the grocery store just located down the street.

Overall pleasant stay Clean, economical place to rest your head. Staff was friendly. Room was partially updated and tidy. If we were staying longer, the kitchenette would have been a great asset. Free wifi and coffee and pastries in the lobby. Conveniently located near freeway so quick access to downtown Seattle. Pleased with our brief stay.

spacious it was comfortable and well-located for shopping. use of kitchen and family sized fridge was nice. breakfast is poor ...just a selection of instant sugar-filled bars and pkgs of instant oatmeal. bathtub drained very slowly.

Overall the experience was good, the hall ways smelt Abit and the room was musty on arrival and we were given the incorrect room with a queen instead of a king, but this was rectified once we let the front desk know.

Spacious room The room was large with plenty of furniture - desk, easy chair, bedside table. Kitchenette was supplied with dishes, basic cookware and utensils. Bathtub in bathroom. Laundromat on first floor with coin machines and vending machines for snacks. There is a Whole Foods store across the street for groceries, and a shopping mall nearby.
