close to shopping nice clean facility...some outdated...but clean. Awoke to cigarette smell coming through vent air conditioner...must have drawn smoke in from outside as the hall ways smelled smoke free.

Great place for the price My stay here was for the weekend and it was more that what I expected the room to be after reading some of the reviews about it that were bad. The room had a great view, parking was free, nice little simple breakfast, our room was spacious , had a nice kitchen, and it felt very homey. I would stay here for sure again.

Stay was okay The lobby and room were okay for the price. I was on the third floor and the noise from the room above was very loud. Seemed to be just from walking around. The elevators were very noisy and I wondered if they were going to make it.

Check in-reservation not as promised reserved a room for two nights and upon arrival I was told they had no non-smoking rooms available, in fact I was told there were zero rooms left.. A room was accidentally given to the person in front of me, but the room was occupied, so he was given a second room. I suspect this was my room! Then I was told no more rooms. Interestingly enough, when my coffeemaker was broken, the clerk went in a room she said was "vacant" and handed me the coffeemaker. The continental breakfast was worthl... read more

Clean, comfortable and dog friendly! This was a dog friendly hotel. The room was very spacious, clean and quiet. The room had a kitchen and a very comfortable bed. It was close to many things and easy access to I5. The staff was very friendly and helped us find local attractions. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who needs to be in that area.

easy access from highway Was quiet and relaxing. Close to shopping and activities. Smoke smell in hallway and elevator was a negative though.

Okay. Not Awful. Not Great. ESA Seattle-Lynnwood is for the budget-minded, so it does not abound in amenities or nice decorating touches. i stayed for about a week while waiting to move into my house. The location is very good if you want to be close to what Lynnwood has to offer; Seattle is a 20-minute drive away. The room was moderately comfortable. There was a very small kitchenette with a two-burner stove, a small microwave, a refrigerator, a sink, and a few dishes and utensils. Maid service once a week; more frequently ... read more

need one more front desk the front desk is super busy. i just ask for a hair drery and blanket, waiting in line for over 15 minutes.
