Have stayed here 2 years in a row, will stay a 3rd if I go next year! I stayed in this hotel for 9 days last year during vacation and chose to use it as a stop-over again this year on my way through the area. I could have stayed in downtown Seattle, but having had a great experience last year decided driving the half hour north to stay here someplace I knew well was worth it. ESA-Lynnwood. Good value for this area Have stayed in several hotels in this area on business, but have found the ESA to be the best value. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly. I don't use the kitchen much, but there is a full size refrigerator with a real freezer. The best thing this hotel has going for it is that most of the people staying here are working, and therefore do not stay up late partying, a problem I have found in most other hotels in the area. I will be staying here again.

Not the experience I had hoped. I was underwhelmed with my stay at this hotel. We were there for four nights. I purposely chose an extended stay type hotel because we like to cook our own food and save money instead of going out. The kitchen had a scant few items and was very small. The front desk clerks were nice. Did notice that the staff tends to hang around the front talking and goofing off a lot. It did not look very professional. OK for the price Stayed here because of the price - low. The mattress was hard, but I kind of prefer a firm mattress, so it wasn't a real problem for me. The "odd smell" in the room that another reviewer mentioned is curry-cooking smell. Curry odor tends to permeate a space and it had permeated the room I was in. That's the only reason why I rated the room down on cleanliness.

Great value and location The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The mini-kitchen was nicely furnished. On the down side, Wi-fi access cost $5, which I wasn't aware of, and I could hear lots of noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms throughout the night. Still, good value overall.

great room with a great rate. We travel to Lynwood frequently and like the reasonable rates at the Hotel.
