Functional & Livable I am quite surprising content, because this is just like a cute and quaint studio back in college but much better. It's just what I wanted and I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and families.

Hard Nights sleep The mattress was no better than the $29.99 futon mattress special you would get for free when buying a cheap futon. Otherwise the room was fine.

Great location - clean and quiet Convenient to shopping, freeways, meals. Staff courteous and attentive.

Not Bad for the Price. Room only had one pan; not a fully stocked kitchen as advertised. Hotel seemed to have some unsavory types staying there; possibly due to the bad economy. It appeared many people were living there long term, again likely due to the bad economy. When my kids were younger they liked to run around hotel hallways. Great for stays in that area The hotel overall was excellent. The only thing that we disliked was the quality of the mattress. It was extremely uncomfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel had an excellent location for the Lynnwood area and was close to I5. It only took us an hour to get there from SeaTac Airport even in traffic.
