Great location No ice machine in hotel, no ice at front desk when asked for it. We had to leave to buy ice.

Business response:

Thank you so much for posting a review of our property. I am glad to read that you were pleased with your stay. We apologize for the inconvenience of not having an ice machine and appreciate your feedback as it will help us to continually improve. We look forward to seeing you again soon, should your travels bring you back to the area.

Paul, Ridgewood Nice, simple hotel. Good access to Seattle's industrial areas. Plenty of food stores in the area. Wish I could have opened my window.

Business response:

The staff at the front desk are nice and fast. The rooms are a bit hit and miss because they are in the process of updating them. In my experience, the first floor rooms are still pretty dated while the second story rooms have received some updates. The hotel is generally quiet and about half the price of other hotels around Paine field. I stay here once a month and will continue to do so.

Business response:

Thank you for posting a review of our hotel. I am glad to hear that you enjoyed our great staff during your visit with us. I'm thrilled that we've continued to provide you with an enjoyable visit each time you visit us. We look forward to welcoming you back in the future.

Decent hotel for a night Decent hotel. With kitchen, would be good for families. Breakfast very basic: apples, granola bars, instant oatmeal, muffins. No milk or butter.

Business response:

William - Thank you for posting a review of our hotel. I am glad to hear that you enjoyed your fully equipped kitchen and your stay with us overall. Still, I apologize if our grab-and-go breakfast didn't meet your expectations. Your comments will be helpful as we continue to improve our breakfast offering. Thank you again for your feedback. We hope to see you again in the future.

Don't count on much for breakfast For the price it was quite satisfactory except someone had been smoking in the non smoking room. For the price the room was quite satisfactory except someone had been smoking in the non smoking room and it was noticeable. There grab and go breakfast was very limited. Do not expect much for breakfast. For this reason question would stay again.

Out for a weekend getaway! After a day of holiday shopping, we looked forward to going to our room and just chilling out. When checking in the staff was most courteously checked us in... All our have been been good but then the we were awoken by the people in the room next room (who happen to be in an end room)by them banging on the wall for quit a while ( beds headboard to headboard)! This fis cause us to gave an awful rest because every time we would fall asleep they would start banging the board again. With all this we wo... read more

Quiet spot for weekend getaways My girlfriend probably rates this hotel higher, but for the price I must say it is decent. The kitchenette is simple, but it has good amenities - including range, microwave and FREEZER/FRIDGE - along with plenty of cupboards (not that you'd ever use that many). The bathroom was spacious and adequately stocked. TV was small and a bit too quiet. When we checked in, the hotel looked vacant, but after dinner the lot was packed. In spite of that, the hotel was still quiet. Foot traffic was muffled ... read more

Just the basics The hotel was average as was the service. I know not to expect much from Extended Stay hotels since they cater to people who plan to stay longer than a couple nights. However, when i asked the front desk for extra towels, they seemed extremely put out. Also, a change in policy to at least check rooms and empty trash, provide dry towels, etc., would be a benefit. I don't need the room cleaned or bed made, but the trash can was overflowing with takeout containers and misc. packaging by the end of my three night... read more
