Set up poorly for an extended stay hotel. No counter space in kitchenette or bathroom (sinks are way too big). Phone didn't work to ask for kitchen supplies. Went to front desk and was handed a box of what we needed instead of it being delivered. Grounds are not being cleaned regularly. Bed wasn't very comfortable. Recliner didn't work properly. Front door wouldn't close without being slammed. Other than that, our two nights were fine.

Check-In was quick. Front Desk staff was friendly and efficient. Room was spacious and clean. Lots of parking. Surrounding area was nice.

The room had only been cleaned on the surface level i.e. dry dusting. There were visible marks (dirt, food, grim) on almost every surface. We got in at night after a terribly long day of travel and after getting all our bags up to the room, we just wanted to call it a night. So, I asked the front desk for cleaning supplies and did it myself.
