Staff was friendly and room was clean.
I liked the fact that there was only two levels and that the room was a good size. The bed was way too firm to be comfortable. I have never had to call someone to have service at the front desk to be checked in either.

Expected a much better experience on the Eastside. Typically Bellevue/Redmond hotels go above and beyond to make sure everything is well above average expectations. Greatly disappointed.

Nice sleep no coffee Great place, one demerit for breakfast (read coffee) not being open at 6am like promised. Not even sure if it eventually opened

The room did not live up to our expectations. We had expected a larger room. The bathroom sink drained poorly. The front desk people had trouble finding our reservation. The breakfast was subpar.
