Great Place & Great price was there visiting family..the Homestead suites...was a great place..good staff, clean facilities just what I expected!

Homestead in Tukwila, Wa the only complaint i have is the shuttle was horrible. Could not reach driver, waited over an hour for the shuttle. I missed my flight.

Homestead is for the value conscious traveller The homestead in SouthCenter is an ok motel. It's not fancy by any means but if you are looking for something fairly clean and very affordable with laundry services, free parking and wireless internet for $5/week, it's a room to sleep in. The rooms do have a kitchenette with a fridge, range top and a microwave which can be nice for travellers that are sick of eating out or on a budget. Don't look to 'work out' here as there is no gym. Get what you pay for The room itself is nicely set up for one person. The only complaints I have is that. 1) it was the squeakiest bed I've ever slept on. 2) there was no shampoo, conditioner, or lotion in the room.

Not impresseed Just felt it was kind of a low quality, low maintenance place. Would not recomend it except for the location which is basically what I picked.

Convenient and well priced Great location for the price, I t was really nice to be so close to the freeway!! Also the kitchenette with the full size fridge is a real plus!! A+++

Value for the price but nothing special Just needed a cheap place for one night. it fit the bill. there was a small kitchen but I didn't make use of it at all other than the coffee maker. Had to scrub out filter basket, had quite a bit of "buildup"

Godd Price/ Good Location We've stayed here several times before, the location for where we are going each time is very convenient. The property is clean and well kept, the staff friendly, Overall, a good experience for the price, about half of most other properties in the area.
