Noisy guest person above us pounding on floor all night. Had to ask for kitchen items, none in the room. No hairdryer in the room, again had to ask for one.

Room was okay, not that clean because there some dust and pets hair on the tables Neighbors or others rooms are so noisy especially on our above floor Staff has a great service and answering or providing your concern Breakfast was okay, because i was expecting for hot breakfast Dining and shopping is nearby for everything you need.

Dirty, insect infested rooms! The room was missing a latch lock so someone with a master key could access the room anytime without notice. The bed sheets were not clean. They smelled of body odor. Near the bed stand was an insect trap full of dead insects and behind the night stand were a colony of bugs. Some alive, some were dead.

It was clean, but the inside of the room was filled with dust due to the construction project across the street. It was really , really bad. I left 30 minutes into my stay. Couldn't stand it.
Not the best place 1/10 Not in the best conditions. The bathroom cabinets were broken, and when we walked into our room it smelled like dirty wet water and the stench never left. The walls had a bad paint job, the lamp shades were broken as well. This location needs a serious upgrade because it is just in low average conditions.
Comfortable but dirty On the positive side it was super quiet. Never heard neighbors at all and it was packed. New mattresses and tvs were also a plus. But the place was dirty. To the point that I left muddy footprints in the shower from the floor. Check in was a lot of complaining about the job/facility.
