Your site did not provide adequate info on pet policy. We were unable to check in until 11:30 pm because the clerk did not want us there and faked a “ system malfunction” The day manager apologized and refunded our pet fee. She was awesome.

Location is good for our conference
Staffing was friendly. Parking is great. Can get pretty noise with traffic and train. Rooms were okay. The carpet did seem a little dirty when we entered our room.

People were friendly but not the greatest facility One of the outlet didn’t work and wouldn’t you know it, that is the one I chose to use to charge my phone. Also the water pressure in the shower was so low it was hard to rinse off the soap on your body. In addition you had to turn the lever all the way to the hot side to get the water lukewarm.
