Pros: For the most part it was good. Good clean room, mostly friendly staff, safe premises. Cons: during an annual? Or bi-annual fire alarm inspection, I was told the fire dept guy did not need to come into my room and just needed to press a button right by my door on the inside. I was surprised when mngmt knocked on the door and the lady was not friendly at all and shrugged me off when I said hello, and the fire dept guy came swooping straight into my room to get to the smoke alarm in the middle of the ceiling.
