Not the best location I can't say I'm not satisfied. Basically this is what you'll get for the amount of money you're paying. However, the ratings of the place were higher than it should be when I was making a reservation. It made me think that I'm actually getting into a really good place with a really low price. The main problem with the location was that it was adjacent to a freeway, so even during the nights, there was a lot of car noise. For me, being a light sleeper, that's a big issue. Room is clean, service is ok but location is a little bit noisy.

Close to the airport OK hotel if you want to spend the night close to the airport. It's 2-3 minutes from the car return facility. Longer drive to Seattle attractions. Note that the double bed is twin bed! as a big guy it was a bit challenging to me (haven't slept on twin bed since I was a teenager...)
Great location, great service, great rooms! My cat and I stayed a week while I searched for an apartment. The room was clean and modern with a flat screen TV. The hotel was totally renovated which is why recent reviews improved. The location for me was perfect. It seemed that I could easily get anywhere within 15 minutes. Business Trip Clean Hotel, convenient location, close to freeways and restaurants/grocery store.
Traveler This was a nice place but close to the highway. It was noisy in back so we asked to have our room changed which they did without a question

Weekend Trip I was looking for a room for a couple nights. I wanted a comfortable convienant and clean room and found it in the Extended Stay room. Thank you and I will stay there anytime i am in South Seattle, South Center area.
