Extended Stay America Seattle - Tukwila Very nice place, Road noise a little higher because of Interstate 5, but we genuinely thought it convenient to Seatac, Seattle and Southgate Mall. Room Decor was contemporary. Other motels/hotels have separate Breakfast rooms with the ability to get hot items (waffles, toast), but you could use the kitchenette in your room if you had provisions.

Nice and clean, good price The hotel is clean and all seemed to be well maintained. The room was clean and maintained. The only issue we had was the included breakfast was a few fruit granola bars and some coffee/tea. It was laid out on a cabinet in the check-in office. You either had to bring items back to your room or eat in your car. We would stay there again.

Great for business travel I've stayed at this hotel when I have a very early flight to catch. It's quiet for a good night's sleep and very convenient. Close to airport for business travellers; also close to mall and good eateries.

Ok for the price For the price, it was ok. You don't get much in your room - no shampoo or hair dryer like all hotels have. People are up all night there and the walls are THIN! We were woke up at 4:30 am to someone talking for over an hour! Breakfast was a joke - they open up some cupboards and you get to grab a granola bar and a cup of coffee. I probably will not stay there again. The room was clean and smoke free as advertised.

great place It is a nice place, smaller than pictured online but perfect if you are traveling alone or as a couple. Rooms are decorated nicely to look upscale. TV channel selection sucks! Bathroom is not the biggest but bigger than most motels. Kitchen is great but no oven. Good closet/drawer space. The curtains block out all light so if you are not a morning person like me then you'll be good.

A good choice of hotel. This hotel is good. I was worried about the previous overall rating, but when I got there I was quite satisfied with it.

Bed was miserable - uncomfortable too short to the floor and too firm plus rustly noise with any movement.. Fast food trash was under the bed. Awakened @1:30am by noisy people in stairwell. Called front desk & it was taken care of.
