the location of hotel is good, it’s not a far drive from new york and the view is nice. the check in people were nice and helpful. the room it’s self was okay. we found a crack on a cabinet that looked glued back on, a crack/hole in the door that looked half covered/fixed and burn marks on the bathroom counter. there wasn’t any room service for cleaning like taking the trash out and doing the beds or getting more towels. beds were okay not the best but not the worst, they were fine to sleep on. the room also had a smell to i... read more
