Nice staff ... The gentleman at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. When i entered the room, there were crumbs on the counter and the floor needed to be swept. I asked the gentleman collecting laundry for spray for the counter and he was polite and wiped it down. But in these times, cleanliness is a huge factor.

This is the second time that I have stayed a a Extended Stay America in the NJ area and had the same good experience but FYI - one of the window in the room was not working properly. We found it open and had difficulty closing it (It is not Summer yet :) ).
