Perfect if you want easy access to Manhattan We wanted a cheaper place to stay that was easy to get to Manhattan. The room was clean and all we needed to sleep after full days in NYC. Front desk staff was kind and helpful. Close to the train station. Would stay again.

Good hotel with strategic location Property was clean and excellent location. Strategic. The staff was friendly and hotel was good. I asked for an extra roll away bed with my reservation, I called same day before I arrived and requested it, I requested each day that I was at the hotel and never receive it. They told me that hotel only has 2 available. Hotel charge extra for it I suggest that the property need to invest in extra beds, you could have good return in few weeks.

Ok It was ok, only gave us one wash cloth, and when I saw the cleaning lady the next morning I ask her for one and she told me to go to the lobby and get one. Not good customer service. I go down to the lobby to get coffee at 8am and they were out! The queen size mattress was uncomfortable, wife couldn't sleep.
