Simples Hotel extremamente simples, mas limpo .
Comfy, close, and fantastic Clean rooms, fantastic kitchen and close by to small shopping areas. More than worth the price and deserves more than 2.5 stars.

Was that a gunshot? As other reviews have said, the motel is pretty basic with minimal amenities, but I expected this going in and as indicated by the price. Kind of like staying in a dorm, which is okay in its own way, but my main complaint is that it is NOISY like a dorm, with thin walls to the point you can hear your neighbors opening and closing cabinets, and the room doors leading to the hall slam like a gun going off. Sticky, sandy, cologne... Spent one night here. The girl at the front desk needs more training. The room wreaked of cologne, the floor was sticky and sandy. I've lived at other Value Places and had no issues. This one, even though the building is newer than all the others I've stayed at, was the worst.
