Okay place to sleep but not to hang out. There was a musty stench from the AC, the floor was visibly dirty, light was out, bathroom mirror had wipe marks from an attempt to clean it. Notified staff and they promptly cleaned the floor and replaced the lamp. Not a comfortable place to hang out (plastic chairs, poor room layout, can't hear TV when AC is running) but an economical place to stay the night.

The hotel services provided are precisely as advertised. Pay attention to the fact that this is an extended stay / residential hotel, not a regular hotel, and to the amenities provided. Bring your own dishware and silverware because these are not provided, although the room is equipped with the necessary kitchenette appliances. I stayed for 11 nights and was very pleased - it was exactly what I needed at the time. If you require a change of bed linen and towels keep in mind there might be a fee.
