Close to destination When we checked in found dirty clothes behind bathroom door. Went down to lobby told them, she called someone and that person hung up on her. Told them we did not want to touch the cloths could thay send someone to remove. Items were not removed during our 7 day stay! I wonder how well rooms are really cleaned?

Will definitely be staying again Would most definitely book again. Staff available when needed, laundry room with plenty. Great for long stays. Location is building around, will have more to choose for dining soon, but you don't have to travel far now.

Great Price, Bare-bones service. Great location... great price for the rooms. very clean and good location. easy access from and to the interstate. saves the morning rush. Staff was okay. not great. I was in the hotel for a week and the room wasn't even cleaned once. have to get the iron and ironing board each time we have to use it - from the reception desk - should be a standard accessory to the room. Twice a week cleaning must be mandated. + change of towels twice a week should be initiated

Good but can improve ... The stay is worth the money ..guess it is a new one..However a suggestion to the management would be to provide coffee and minimum basic utensils..there is kitchen with a couple of stoves..but no plates , bowls spoons etc , no sugar , no coffee which is the least a customer expects..If these are taken care ,it would greatly satisfy customers ( the investment is nothing compared to the profit margin )..

Yes! Great value This is a great value. It is not a luxury hotel and doesn't pretend to be. It's a clean, warm, welcoming environment for persons needing an extended stay home, or just moderately-priced lodging for a few days. It's simple with few amenities. The room I had didn't have a separate sitting area. I believe they have three suite styles but what I had was fine for me. The staff is friendly and helpful beyond measure. Clean hotel for last minute stay I encountered a very bad experience at a hotel during the Memorial holiday. I had never heard of Wood Spring Suites but passed the location and decided to call for reservations. After explaining my situation, I was assured of a clean room and a different experience. I did and I will return in the future.
