Great! While the halls may put you off a bit, the rooms are well worth the cost of $75/ 1 night. Big spacious clean and cool- 10 minutes to Buckhead, easy into town. The desk folk, mainly Brenda, were happy helpful and friendly. I'd definitely stay there again, especially if they replace the carpet and wall paper in the hallways.

Nice hotel for one overnight stay. The room was very clean, kitchen was nice but had no dishes of any kind. The check in staff said to come to them if dishes were needed. I was only staying one night so didn't need any but it would have been nice to have a disposable cup for the bath lavatory. The bed was terrible; mattress sagged toward the middle. My spouse and I had to hang onto the edges to sleep. I guess if only one person was in the bed, the mattress would be okay. I would only recommend this hotel if a person was by t... read more

Absolutely a perfect OK Don't be put off by the look of the halls or lobby- there's bound to be a few folks wandering around, burping a baby or sleeping in the breakfast area (the food AWOL)... BUT! The ladies (Brenda and ?) working the desk were super nice and for $75/night and very attackably distanced from Buckhead (where you can finally pull out your Patek Phillippe and slip into your twin turbo Porsche), the room I had was spacious, clean and cool. Not bad, but not completely good A few warnings if you plan to stay at this "hotel". 1. It's more of an apartment complex than a hotel. 2. They allow dogs, and there are quite a few of them at the hotel. 3. The free wi-fi is a throttled speed connection which chokes on youtube videos, but don't worry you can always pay an extra four dollars a day for actual broadband service. The room itself was clean and the staff was courteous. Overall, not a bad stay but take note of the aforementioned warning before booking.
