It's close to metro, the price is reasonable, and people are nice in here. I would recommend this place if you are in a budget.

Clean Since we had a future leader dog with us, we liked the idea of no carpet. Felt very clean.

Nice hotel value for the dollars This is a lower-priced long-term stay hotel so the services aren't what you'd find elsewhere: weekly maid service rather than daily, limited toiletries in the room. But keeping that in mind it was a surprisingly nice hotel,attractive and clean. As of Feb 2015, it appears to have been recently renovated. The floors, carpet, and cabinets are all new. Really nice hotel for long stays I was quite surprised by some of the lower ratings. It is a good business hotel or for someone staying more than a few days in Atlanta. The rooms were large and included a kitchen including microwave and large refrigerator. I was able to save some money by making my own breakfast and dinners.
Wait until the constructions over The hotel is under construction, and the entire first floor is closed. The hallways smelled horribly of smoke, even on the non-smoking floors. Luckily our room didn't. You can definitely hear the train from the third floor coming and going through out the night and morning. The "breakfast" was not breakfast. It consisted of packaged muffins, bags of oatmeal and coffee. The room was very clean and comfortable. Served its purpose for New Years eve.

Just OK Hotel was just OK, nothing special. Train noise was annoying. No place to walk with very heavy traffic outside. Not alot of room for luggage.
