anniversary trip The staff was friendly. The hotel was very clean which was important to us. The only problem was getting in and out of the hotel because of heavy traffic. Would definitely stay again next time in atlanta

Good hotel, suspect service Have stayed here several times and the room is always up to par. I can't say the same about the service. Upon arrival I sat in the lobby almost an hour to check-in. The clerk was nowhere to be found and I was really tired from work and travel. If I had not prepaid for the room I honestly would've left, just like another couple did after 15 minutes

We needed a pet-friendly hotel and requested adjoining rooms. Expedia let me to believe it was possible to have adjoining rooms. It was not. We had rooms next door and were placed on the first floor near an exit which was convenient for the puppy. The pool was not in good shape. The hand rail on the steps was loose or falling off. We had to request a coffee pot and toaster. They were provided upon request as well as bedding for the sofa bed. Great stay. Easy to get to train for downtown business. Nice neighborhood for walking. Grocery nearby for self care. Clean room

Comfy room, no frills, very nice staff The staff was great--very responsive. The room was clean and comfy and pretty big. There were no hangers, so I had to request them. And there was no daily room cleaning so we had to request feah towels each day. The only bad thing is the hallway had a bad odor. But overall it was a very nice stay.

Nice room! The rooms were newly renovated, large, comfortable, and reasonably quiet. The lobby and other hotel amenities left some to be desired.
