Better than expected. Great stay. Pleasantly surprised at how comfortable and clean this place was. A few questionable characters around but all in all, a great stay especially considering the price point.
Good price, good and safe location Management keeps an constant eye on cleanness and safety
Very helpful staff Arrived after front desk was closed - called for assistance as directed - staff arrived within 3 minutes - super speedy check in. Within 2 minutes of entering my room, guest services called to check if I needed anything...this was definitely not expected at this level of hotel. Hospitality is not a star rating; it is genuine caring for a guests comfort. Well done!

Had an OK stay The hotel was nice. I didn't like the fact that there was no "Do Not Disturb" sign I could place on the door. The morning we checked out, a housekeeper opened the door to the room to start cleaning. The only problem is that it was only 9:30am and checkout was not until 11am. We were still sleeping and I felt very uncomfortable. The woman who check us in was very nice and accomadating.

Quaint and simple Felt a bit like staying in a dorm room. It was clean and smelled nice but the floors were sticky and the bathroom wasn't fully cleaned. They don't provide shampoo or a hairdryer so you have to bring your own. Walls are thin and you can hear people above you stomping around. Overall I am happy I stayed here. It was cheap and I was only there two nights for an interview I had in the area. Staff was nice and very accommodating. Comfortable As a travel nurse, needing a comfortable quiet place to stay after working long shifts is important. The hotel was clean , comfortable , quiet and staff especially Michelle made sure of it . Thanks

Felt Like Home My stay at WoodSpring was exceptional. The only reason why I left when I did was because it wasn't economically feasible to me anymore. I would love a complimentary two night stay just so that I would have the chance to stay there again. Loved it!
