Pleasant Hotel Staff This hotel has excellent hospitality services. There are two front desk services rep who has made this trip very pleasant. They exchange coins for laundry per request, keep you updated on all services available, and are very personal and approachable . My experience here was made to feel like back at home. Kudo's to Ms Michelle and Harmoni for all their help and excellent customer service! I would highly recommend this hotel experience to others. GA GSU Traveler

Expect hidden fees I was very displeased that they made me pay a mandatory linen fee of $10 per week and 16 if your smoker.

Nice hotel for the value Everything is great however you have to take your own garbage out and they only clean once a month
The cost of incidentals (towels) is too high.
7 night getaway No frills clean and quiet location but don't get a room near the staircase if noise is an issue because the staircase door slam's all hours of the day and into the night and there are guest who live here and that creates additional noise, otherwise a good stay.
