Basic lodging at reasonable price Value Place provides basic accommodation at reasonable cost. Rooms are spacious and very clean, but spartan (no rugs, pictures or lamps). My room included a double bed, household-sized refrigerator, large microwave, two-burner cooktop, large sink, desk, two desk chairs and flat-screen TV. Check-in was complicated as front desk was closed when I arrived. Desk hours are 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM weekdays (less on weekends). Many guests seemed to be longer term (e.g., workers away from home). Worst hospitality by a manager! Hotel was very clean and new Kia and Jay at front desk were extremely professional,polite and respectful the manager Robin was disgusting to deal with nasty,rude and very aggressive always. Witnessed her tearing into a elderly man who did realize he had to pay extra for plates, she the began to talk terribly about him to another staff member in front of the man, myself and other guests. Extremely disturbing behaviour for a manager of a hotel she clearly dislikes people.
