Simple The hotel was simple it's more of a place where people stay for long periods of time. It doesn't have a blow dryer. I think that was the only bad thing for me. Lol. But it's clean and the front desk is helpful. You'll feel at home. They don't have housekeeping everyday however and it's kind of far from downtown Atlanta if you don't drive.

Not impressed Night staff seems either new and inexperienced or just not all that great. Took far too long to check in after hours. This extended stay with a kitchenette does not have any plates, silverware, glasses, or any type of pots and pans. We did not need them, fortunately, but I did overhear someone asking about it, but were told they didn't ever provide these things even for a charge. Second night, came down to get fresh towels and was told they don't do that after 9pm. I was not impressed with their level of desire... read more

Sauberes Hotel für längeren Aufenthalt Ich war sehr zufrieden mit der Sauberkeit des Zimmers und der Freundlichkeit des Personals. Alles ist frisch renoviert. Da das Hotel für Langzeitaufenthalte konzipiert ist, wird nur alle 2 Wochen geputzt. Müllsäcke, Toilettenpapier, frische Handtücher und Bettlaken können jedoch an der Rezeption geholt werden. Relocation The stay was nice and would recommend to everyone. one thing did bother me they were unable to give me a receipt due to me going through Hotels.com.

the stay as as in the hotel very nice and very clean but the people weren't too concerned to make my stay Pleasant and some rules they had that or I feel unnecessary

Pleasant Hotel Staff This hotel has excellent hospitality services. There are two front desk services rep who has made this trip very pleasant. They exchange coins for laundry per request, keep you updated on all services available, and are very personal and approachable . My experience here was made to feel like back at home. Kudo's to Ms Michelle and Harmoni for all their help and excellent customer service! I would highly recommend this hotel experience to others. GA GSU Traveler
