To the rescue My stay was nice and very accomidating my refrigerator went bad and all my food spoiled the manager quickly responded and took care of the situation and refunded me for every thing that was lost
Great place to stay I would stay again. I stayed for 7 days, the employees were courteous, respectful and helpful

It is a great place to stay especially if your there longer. You do miss out on the regular amenities of a hotel like; a pool, continental breakfast, roll-away beds, 24 hr service, and even a coffee maker. It is close to a gas station and very easy to get to the city from this location. It all just depends if you want staff in you face all the time, this place definitely leaves you alone. Very friendly though!

Basic lodging at reasonable price Value Place provides basic accommodation at reasonable cost. Rooms are spacious and very clean, but spartan (no rugs, pictures or lamps). My room included a double bed, household-sized refrigerator, large microwave, two-burner cooktop, large sink, desk, two desk chairs and flat-screen TV. Check-in was complicated as front desk was closed when I arrived. Desk hours are 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM weekdays (less on weekends). Many guests seemed to be longer term (e.g., workers away from home).
