Busted heater fan Heater fan kept me up most of the night finally adjusted to it and then got some sleep otherwise overall pretty decent experience
Most of the staff very friendly and professional. First I would like to compliment Brianna and Abu. Brianna is extremely professional and helpful, but most of all exhibits a strong sense of business acumen. She remembers guests names, has paperwork ready in the case of a guest staying longer than the original reservation and appears to be "on top of things". Comfortable stay Courteous staff! The room was comfortable but will need new comforters
Disappointed The room was very nice, the kitchen and bathroom very clean. The staff when checking in was very pleasant. However, when I got ready to check out, they would not give me a receipt, even though my reservation said the hotel would collect my money. They said they never give out receipts for 3rd party reservations. I had to go back the second time after I already checked out to get a receipt which I needed for business expenses.
