Satisfactory with Modest Expectations This is a no frills stay that covers your basic needs. While it does give you studio apartment living, the space and amenities are not the most comfortable. This location features basic cable and wifi; however, the wifi is spotty at best. The staff seemed friendly, though I only had limited interaction with them. Overall, this place is satisfactory as long as you have very modest expectations.

Marvelous staff!!! The facility was nice but i was most impressed with the staff. Always polite, willing, and available to help.

Mixed feelings Interesting experience. Very nice neighborhood & surroundings, although not much activity and services around. Fair condition of building. Poor reception area with two armchairs constantly occupied. Some people hanging around entrance & reception did not create a good atmosphere by staring on incoming guests. Welcoming staff. Comfortable room. Awful breakfast, with hardly anything to eat and poor quality of coffee, all squeezed next to a narrow & busy entrance and no place to sit.

Repeat visit Very good value. We have stayed here many times while visiting our son who lives in area.

Physical fight, good staff during the daytime Overall it was a pretty good room, but the room smelled so bad from cigarette smoke that I spent the first four days trying to spray and clean to get the smell out due to my own allergies. I thought it would dissipate. I had had medical tests all week, so hoped I wouldn’t have to change rooms. The second issue was there was an actual physical fight at 3 AM outside of my door with people being thrown into my door.
