Ok to stay While I was fine with the stay overall, it was clear that the room had not been cleaned as well as it should have been. There were things left behind from previous guests.

Clean and spacious rooms The room was very clean and spacious. If innthe área again, this is going to be my go to.

Bug inspection problem Even though the system messed up our reservation, the night clerk handled it well. The issue is when someone barged into our room looking for bugs. We asked for a minute just to be ready and they just walked right past my son. We were in the middle of getting dressed. Very angry.

The staff was wonderful and very helpful but on the other hand i stayed in room 224 and my friend lost his phone so we searched the room every inch and found a spoon with residue on it which was behind night stand table on left side and empty bag under the bed along with a used needle and the sheets on pull out were not changed at all thankful the lady at front gave me new sheets. Unexpected pleasure Unplanned evacuation trip. Place was spacious and staff was great. Location was convenient to food and shopping.

Unexpected pleasure. We were evacuating Florence. Everybody was very nice and friendly. Room was big enough for the three of us plus our dog. Location convenient to food and shopping.

Improve the smell. My only complaint is the horrible smell in the hallways. The rooms aren’t bad but I would nearly vomit when going in the hallways.
