Poor customer service I stay here frequently and this last time there was a smell in the room. They didn't fix it and management was very rude. Would look elsewhere next time

Dogs, need I say more. I have stayed at this hotel several times while in The Atlanta area and have never noticed that they allow pets. At 10:30 PM dogs are barking in the parking lot, a lady is out their playing fetch with a stick. After calling the front desk to complain the clerk “Mari” proceeds to ask if they were disturbing me. I said, yes that’s why I’m calling. Great hotel. Hotel was nice, clean, quiet for the most part. Did see a few ants but that was after I left my food out, only saw them in that area. Bathroon vert clean, kitchette clean. For the price I paid very good overall!

Met Expectations Checked in late and staff was friendly, knowledgeable. The first floor smelled like straight up chicken. Everywhere. Aside from that, if you know what to expect from an Extended Stay Inn, this place was good. Met expectations.
