The staff was wonderful and very helpful but on the other hand i stayed in room 224 and my friend lost his phone so we searched the room every inch and found a spoon with residue on it which was behind night stand table on left side and empty bag under the bed along with a used needle and the sheets on pull out were not changed at all thankful the lady at front gave me new sheets. I was worried if my sheets were even changed. But overall it was a nice place to stay it was quiet just had the concern about the drug paraphernal... read more

Unexpected pleasure Unplanned evacuation trip. Place was spacious and staff was great. Location was convenient to food and shopping.

Unexpected pleasure. We were evacuating Florence. Everybody was very nice and friendly. Room was big enough for the three of us plus our dog. Location convenient to food and shopping.

Improve the smell. My only complaint is the horrible smell in the hallways. The rooms aren’t bad but I would nearly vomit when going in the hallways.

It was good for the price. Smelled a bit strange but when dogs are allowed that's to be expected. You have to ask the front desk for all the kitchen stuff.

Good for one night, but not moreso; basic. The pool probably had no one to care for it and looked like something to avoid.

Got more for less at other hotels. Check in was confused. The desk had no record of my reservation. Was not given wifi password until I couldn't log in and asked. The kitchen cupboards were absolutely bare.....no utensils or cooking stuff at all. Have to ask desk for the basics....and if you want a coffee maker it's extra cost. Huh? I've stayed in hotels that were a lot less expensive than this place and the room had a coffee machine.
