I was initially given a room that was not clean. I took pictures of the dirty towels and room on my phone to receive a new and clean room. Then I was told my payment was deducted from my card. When checking out I was asked again for a card to pay. Now I have to check to see if I was double charged to dispute the extra charge.

Floyd My review has already been posted. However, the facility in question certainly exceeded my expectations. The staff all in their uniforms, the General appearance of the building it’s surroundings are sanitary. Internally is kept quite clean, no offensive odor . Room is very clean and comfortable. My next trip to Kennesaw GA. Extended Stay America, Chastain would be my place to stay.
