Lower the bed frames. Very hard to get on and be comfortable when you are short. I had to buy a folding step stool to get up there. Other than that it was good

The kitchenette was the winner for us. Very convenient to stores and restaurants. Well kept laundry room. Windows open, for the feel of fresh air. Staff is awesome, very helpful. Wish they had free once a week cleaning service. Designate room for people animals.

The tub was dirty and there wasn’t any soap in the bathroom

Bitter Sweet Stay Overall the staff was nice and the room was clean. The issue was we were in a room without shower curtains that we had to ask for. The young lady offered to move us to a different room but it was dirty. In addition we were not able to get clean replacement towels (2day stay/ Friday through Sunday) became the staff was completely unavailable all the way until we departed no one was there.
