It was a very peaceful clean room. The staff was thoughtful as well.

I had several huge issues with this hotel, BUT the staff made all the difference. They were excellent: understanding and accommodating. Jessica and her manager are who you need when things aren't going well.

Most of the staff were okay and helpful. However, there was a slightly heavy set , light complexion African American female staff that wore eyeglasses in the front desk. She unrofessional and spoke to people in a undermining way. I was not the only person that she interacted with this way. She was confrontational. one of her colleagues attempted to arrange for me to get housekeeping by writing a note because he was not sure of the process because that was not his role.
