The property could have been much cleaner when we moved in. Also, veryfew of the supplies were in actually in place and we had to keep going downstairs to ask for them. The staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating. They were exceptional. And they were working as hard as they could. When we arrived late at night, I felt sorry for the person at the front desk. She was alone and needed help! She was checking people in, and delivering supplies to others upstairs, and doing laundry.
