The property was ok for an overnight stay and a great price for a last minute booking, however, the bathroom was missing the air vent so when you walked in, you could see disgusting, rusted pipes in the ceiling. Problems with the wifi but the same thing happened at another Extended Stay down the street so it might be a company thing along with them not getting my prepaid reservation when I arrived at the front desk and having me have to contact Hotels.com to call the front desk to verify my reservation. Service is great, hotel needs upgrades. The front desk manager is very polite and the service was excellent even though it was very busy. I would definitely stay there for a night but some upgrades to the facility would be great.
Convenience and price Every now and then you run into hotel stafft a dingbat, otherwise this place is about what you might expect from a hotel of this price

Tommy is awesome! I came in late and he made sure everything was easy for me. Even came to the room to follow up . I feel dumb for wasting money in the past at other local hotels/extended stats. Thank you Tommy! I wish there were more people that worked customer service with your personality.

Great location, especially for the price Great place for the money. The "so called" continental breakfast was a joke. We booked a room for 4 and they only had 2 sets of towel. We got 2 more sets of towels, but their was resistance. I think the person behind the desk was new. They also need to provide sheets and blankets for the pull out couch in the room.
