Great but a smell upon entering but could not pinpoint the source.

When I initially went to check in at my orignial place of my reservation I was told they didn't have my reservation and that they had no more rooms.. It took me a hour to find myself another room..the hotels.com customer service hotline was helpful unlike the manager at the windy hill location..

Pretty great.....no major complaints. This hotel was extremely convent because of its location. The only complaint that I have is the room I was in smelled like smoke. I had a non-smoking room but it still smelled even when I opened the window. However it wasn't so bad that it gave me a headache or I couldn't get passed it. Other than that this hotel was very clean, comfortable, and the price was right.

Decent for the price Hotel room was a great price for having a full kitchenette and couch.However they were not ready for a family of 6 even though I booked weeks in advance. Not enough towels, no shampoo, conditioner etc. also my daughter slept on the pull out sofa-bed, and ended up with some sort of bites. :(
