Distressed Traveler I had booked this hotel for one night on 28th Jan, the day when Atlanta came to a stand still and most of the people spent their night on the road. I was one of the unlucky ones who spent the night on the road and finally when I reached the hotel in the morning, I was told by the hotel manager that my reservation was canceled since I did not reach there in the night. I was very frustrated by this and had nowhere to go.
Quick Business trip The hotel was very conveniently located close to my office location and there were good options for food and shopping. The room was average but somoe of the basic amenities like toilet paper, soaps and even the telephone was not in the room. Had to make couple of rounds to get these things. Also, when I reached the lift was not working but got repaired a few mins later. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Good value I only stayed a few hours in this hotel, in the middle of a long road trip. The room was decent for the price, but the garbage wasn't taken out before I arrived. I left my jacket in the room, and it doesn't seem like there's anything the hotel staff wants to do for me. They said call UPS or FedEx, but they aren't doing anything for me either.
Roomy and good value Excellent price for a nice sized clean room. Not far off interstate and good business location. Would definitely stay here again.
Quick Getaway Hotel was overall a good experience...The only thing that I didnt like was there is not enough cable channels..
Got a sore spot I've stayed at 2 locations in the area. And the foremost issue I have with them is the bed. The beds are not comfortable or relaxing. I wake up feeling as if I was laying on semi soft dirt or in a sand box. The motel is non smoking. But the floor I was on, had a heavy layer of cigarette smoke odor to it. The room also was missing the standard knives, spoons & forks in the kitchenette. I guess the previous guest didn't clean his dishes well & housekeeping didn't bother to do a follow up.
