if you're not a people person don't work w/ people 1 employee can cause an ill experience for me. For this specific hotel 2 employees made me never want to return and contribute to their paycheck. The third shift front desk lady is hands down the worst person ive encountered with in all of Atlanta. She clearly hates her job, and people. She shouldn't be allowed to come in contact with guests. Kind staff.clean room I want to thank the staff for there kindness. Especially toward my kids. The room was good.the only problem i had was i could smell people smoking inside my room.i had a non smoking room.All non smoking rooms should be on the same floor.

I liked the customer service. The rooms were clean and well organized. Room service was excellent and we were given all the necessary utensils during our stay. It was quiet and peaceful.

It was unique because they really kept it up and kept the place clean... even had the AC units taken out and cleaned and put new filters in. And housekeeping was great. They gave me my privacy on days when I told them I was going to be sleeping.

Staff are friendly and helpful and respectful of my special instructions to let me sleep during the day. Room is neat and clean. I've been here almost 2 weeks and have not had a problem.

This place is great... except... It’s all good except the older, grumpy, no customer service having, stink eye, obviously hates her life actin, probably single cause that booty stank, needs some dick, no good racist (especially pretty white girls), laundry folding, rude, hateful, needs to find her happy place, or drink bleach chick that works night shift.
