My room wasn’t fully clean. The housekeeping didn’t empty the trash therefore my trash cans were full. The WiFi kept going in and out. Overall it was an okay stay

The front office staff member , Vanessa, was especially helpful, cordial and gracious. She did a great job. Improvements needed - The room was not as clean as it should have been. Two cups were under the bed and the carpet should have been vacuumed better
