Good location but not just ok. We had someone knocking on our door an hour before checkout time. We know what the checkout time is and we think it’s rude to have someone knocking on our door like that. Plus the sink wasn’t completely clean when we found it. Location is great, the front desk clerk was nice but the main areas - hallway, elevator, need sprucing up.

We arrived late but were fortunate that the staff had our room ready. The room was clean but dated. Couldn't find the sheets for the sofa bed. Couldn't log onto the wifi, which may have been caused by our late arrival.

Our basic needs were attended to by staff. It suited us well we had an issue with the television and the office staff resolved it by placing us in a new room since it was after hours for maintenance. The second room was only across the hall so it was not an issue. Staff was friendly and checked on us.
