smoking I pick this hotel because it was very close to everything. I booked my hotel on hotel.com, and i ask for a smoking room and thats not what i got when i got there. Another then that the room was on ok. The staff was great

Comfy Stay I checked in the hotel in the evening and expected to head right back out to grab a bite to eat. The hotel room was so comfortable. Before I knew it I was ordering delivery and watching ESPN. Warm and cozy I didn't want to go anywhere else, just relax in my room. Before I knew it I was in a deep sleep in a comfy bed and my alarm clock was going off for the start of a new day. I would recommend a stay here to anyone. Nice clean comfortable rooms in a central location to restaurants, shops and Perimeter Mall.

This Hotel gave me horrible service.. The rooms are very nice, and clean at this hotel. However, I did not appreciate the service that I received while staying at the extended stay in sandy springs. There was a HUGE mix up with the payment, and they came rudely to my room door and asked me to leave unless I paid now, I informed them that I already paid. Decent hotel Hotel was fair for the money. Nothing special. I arrived earlier than the standard 3 pm check in and the front desk staff person would not let me check in; although I suspect there were rooms available and ready. It was a pain and I was obvisouly tired from the trip but I did not put up much of a fuss. Overall the room was adequate.

[...]stands by their name The hotel staff were nice and accomodating and the room was clean with all the right amenities. I was shut in from the snow and needed a place to crash for a few days to remain closer to my job and [...]offered a better deal than the compensated percentage I would have received from my company alone.

Good for the Price I was driving through Atlanta for the night and booked this hotel as a secret hotel at a very low rate. The hotel overall was fine. Front desk staff was very friendly and called my room a few min after I checked in to make sure it was ok. They have several food delivery options available...expensive but I was willing to pay since I wasn't feeling well. The only downside was the a/c was a little loud and made it difficult to fall asleep. For the price, I'll definitely come back.
