The Hotel it self was clean and well kept. I just had a few issues with my particular room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this Hotel to others....

When we arrived, we waited for a few mins and kept saying hello. We finally seen the phone and dialed 500. The person who answered the phone said we could not check in until 3:00 p.m. It was about 1:30. We left and came back after 3 and checked in with no problems. However, later that night I noticed when we returned to the room about 9:30 that the window for check in was closed. Nice front staff, horrible hotel. They sell this as a suite. It had a range and fridge. It did not have any cookware, plates, utensils or silverware. I guess they think that a traveler just packs those things around. Every other suite I have rented had the basics. Not here. The room had two hard plastic chairs and a table with a broken leg. Totally not comfortable. No nightstands by the bed. When I checked in the cables were missing from the tv and once they brought them up to the room the remote didn’t work. Solution? OK for the night Check in was smooth, desk clerk very pleasant. First room I got coukldn't make the TV work. Clerk came up, switched rooms, was fine afterward
Needs Improvment We had to wait too long for after hours attendant to let us in. This was after 10 pm & the public can freely walk in, so we had to wait at ight a lil bit too long to get in. The inside smelled musty & it was hot. The bed was uncomfortable & the ac did not get cold enough. We were not advised that this was a place where people actually live & not like a Hilton.
