Did not have a room ready. Poor help in trying to get a room. Too noisy. Air conditioning not working in rooms.
This place was dirty af. Horrible! Had roaches crawling over my colleague's leg while in the bed which was springy, hard and uncomfortable. The carpets in the rooms were nasty nasty nasty yuck. Dont walkin there unless you have boots on. The lobby and elevator floors look likey haven't been mopped in a month or two. the halls look like they haven't been cleaned in weeks. hotel was overbooked and had to stay in vehicle!
Awful Awful. Elevator was not working. And the didn’t have anyone working on it, had to go up 2 flights of stairs that were dirty. Trash bags in hallway and in the area where the ice machine was. Will never stay at this hotel anywhere
Once again, Expedia did not communicate with the hotel. Showed up and was denied the room. Spent hours with expedia trying to find an available room in the area. Such a horrible experience and this is the second time this month. I travel a lot for work and will not be booking through expedia in the future.
Placw was dirty and staff was rude. They make tou pay an additional $100 for deposit on arrival even though i payed for my stay over a week ago.
Worse Place My reservation could not be found at first, the 1st room that we were sent to was actually being renovated and the one next to it as well. The personnel did not know that. The elevator was broken so the personnel found a room on the 1st floor. Breakfast was a HARD CHOCOLATE MUFFIN!!! That is not breakfast that is junk!! NEVER EVER EVER again will we stay there.
