First off, there was no one at the front desk to check me in. I waited a good 10 minutes before someone showed up. There was no bell to ring or anything. And when i was finally given a key to my rooms, one did not work, the second one already had someone staying in it. I had to go to the front desk 3 times before i was able to get into my rooms.

Very difficult to find as it sits back from the road and signs can’t be seen until you pass the location. Took several attempts to locate, even using GPS. There was a hole in the wall behind the cooktop, and there were only sheets on the bed. No ice, tissues, and only one very small bottle of shampoo for two people. Looked like it was furnished from pieces picked up at a thrift store

Trash inside and outside of hotel. Missing toilet paper, soap, and hair conditioner. Roaches in bathroom. Trash in hallways and outside.

ehhhh…. needs wifi computer updates. i forgot my wall charger for my phone. i had a cord but there are no usb ports in the room. i always travel with a hair drier. the one time i don’t the room does not have one. no ice machine. no coffee pot in room. yet has a stove top but no pans or dishes? a/c made more noise then normal. i will not be staying at this location again.

This is the worst property I have ever booked. My flight from Baltimore was delayed because of the bad weather so I came in at 2am but the reception was locked up and there was no receptionist. I called the property phone number but nobody picked up and when I called the extended stay customer service line, they told me they can’t help me. I slept in my car all night outside the building of a city I have never been. Very dirty. Cigarette smoke. Dirty toilet. Dirty carpet. Leftover towels in the restroom. Disgusting

I've stayed in motels nicer than this place. Roaches in room. Toilet not cleaned properly. Sink looked like it was separating from wall. Stains on wall in bathroom looked like blood. No cover on drain in bathroom sink, previous guest's toothpaste cap was stuck inside with what looked like blood on it. Floors were filthy, I refused to walk barefoot in room. Fridge needed to be defrosted and had cracks in door. Really disappointed with this experience.
