It was a bare essential room. The bed was a full size bed on a metal frame.

When I first arrived at 8pm, there was no one at the desk. There was a sign that, in large print said "I'll be right back. I'm assisting another guest." After I waited for about 10 minutes someone who had already checked in returned to the lobby and knew that I actually had to call on the lobby phone for an employee (who was just through the door in the back behind the desk) to come out and help. The floors were filthy and when I told the front desk, they indicated it was hard to clean the floors. Roaches came from the outlets in the kitchen and bathroom, and I stopped to tell the front desk at 10 AM and the window was closed. There was no iron or board in the room. We checked out.
