When I first arrived at 8pm, there was no one at the desk. There was a sign that, in large print said "I'll be right back. I'm assisting another guest." After I waited for about 10 minutes someone who had already checked in returned to the lobby and knew that I actually had to call on the lobby phone for an employee (who was just through the door in the back behind the desk) to come out and help. Room was clean and completely acceptable. Mattress was not comfortable at all and bed springs where noisy.

The big complaint would be the door to the hotel where you had to use your key card to get in. Took several tries each time but it was safe area and wonderful staff. Beds were not the best but comfortable

Had to wait 10-15 mins for front desk attendant to come to front desk. Hotel smelled of tobacco.
The floors were filthy and when I told the front desk, they indicated it was hard to clean the floors. Roaches came from the outlets in the kitchen and bathroom, and I stopped to tell the front desk at 10 AM and the window was closed. There was no iron or board in the room. We checked out.
