Clean place
Room was clean and completely acceptable. Mattress was not comfortable at all and bed springs where noisy.
The big complaint would be the door to the hotel where you had to use your key card to get in. Took several tries each time but it was safe area and wonderful staff. Beds were not the best but comfortable
I was pleased with the helpfulness of the night staff.
Had to wait 10-15 mins for front desk attendant to come to front desk. Hotel smelled of tobacco.
Extremely rude night clerk We arrived at nearly 2am to check in after a very long day, exhausting day. Walked in to find the reception desk closed with a wooden partition pulled down. There was a phone with a note on the wall that said to call a number for service. The phone on the wall didn’t work so we had to use our cell phone. The lady that answered said she would be there in 10 minutes. we waited and nearly 10 minutes later we were “greeted” by an incredibly rude lady. She went through the motions of checking us in.
