Check in was a pain but otherwise nice stay

Good for temporary living Well we did not take the trip for pleasure or leisure...it was strictly business and although the desk staff was friendly , the bed was very uncomfortable an I woke up with a major kink in my back . The room was not very clean ...I found a few hairs on the towels that were from someone else ....the floors were dusty too....I would not stay at this particular value inn , but maybe another one closer to the nicer end of town .... clean, well priced It was clean and had the amenities I wanted for a business trip that needed to be cost efficient.

One main problem. Great room, but a couple of the staff personnel at the front desk were unprofessional, rude, and made it difficult to make reservations. Employee that worked 9/2/2015@8:30pm behind the front desk-terrible, mean, and self centered attitude. Had to come back the next morning to reserve another night with someone more willing to be helpful.
