Oddly, there was no soap provided in the room. I used my own. Limited towels also.

Well, I had a stay for 30 days on a business trip so I knew that it wouldn’t be the best. The rooms were clean as well as the inside and outside. Half way through my stay my shower started messing up and so for a weekend I had a running tub. The manager didn’t think twice about moving me into a new room and giving me a free night. I only had a problem with the bugs I seen in both my rooms and throughout the hotel even the elevator. The property smelled in the hallways, the A/C shut off at parts of the night, the WiFi was free for only one person and the free one was slow as stated when I was checking in and the bed was small.
