A few roaches in the room.. Lots of noise in the room overhead all day and night.

The front desk staff on check in day was extremely helpful. However, the rest of the visit they were not helpful. Needed extra blankets and front desk was not responsive during “open” hours. Room fairly clean, definitely needs deep cleaned.

It kept the rain off my head, but toilet could not transfer its matter due to clogged.

My stay was pleasant. Room was spacious and clean for the most part. My only issues would be it only has 1 elevator which meant long waits and crowding and one of the day staff is kind of arrogant. He lacks in customer service. Otherwise I had a great stay and I will probably be back Again.
