Had hoped for better Room was unclean with sticky surfaces and floors. Countertops had missing pieces. “Kitchen” was unusable with no dishes, silverware, or cookware. Fridge was working though. No coffee maker. Multiple bugs issues.
I tried to check it in early 1pm on my first day but rooms werent cleaned. I explained I would be back around 8pm after some business. When I returned they had no rooms available. I had prepaid for 2 nights.
Terrible Terrible , roaches , dirty , noisy , would never stay again .
Terrible, didn’t even get to check in.

I would not stay here again I opened the room door and there was a heavy smell of marijuana inside. (I went to the office to ask for a new room). The property is ugly. The building does NOT get any obvious maintenance. It's sketchy. Carpets are stained. One of the card keys did not work. To reach someone in the hotel to ask for a new key you have to call customer service call center, then they track down the on-site office worker who retreats to their room at 10 pm. This is not good customer service.
Mold on the bathroom ceilings, spiderwebs everywhere, paint splatters on appliances, and police in the lobby talking to the staff about “we confiscated the guns that he had…” makes it seem really unnerving.
Didn't know the hours where 7 11 for the office and had to call a property manager down to complete my reservation very inconvenient and a 100 deposit was asked for in addition to the room charge..the room carpet very dirty and had stains..only needed the room to lay my head down between trips served it purpose..
